Game Add/Change Procedure


- Each week the referee assignor will send Director of Hockey Operations a list of games on Monday for the upcoming weekend, hockey ops will send list to all clubs for their review 

- The clubs will review and have until Wednesday at 4pm to get us any game changes for that week.

- If any game changes come in after 4pm on Wednesday - there will be a $25 fine and no guarantee of assigned officials

- Any changes/cancellations must be approved by the home/away club before being sent to league scheduler - 7 days prior to the scheduled game and sent in using the online form

- I will review change on form (FOUND ON THIS PAGE ), make change to PHL website and forward to referees for game assignment.

- All game changes must be completed using the online form
